Description
The Hawa Junior 40/B is a top hung sliding door hardware system for use with wooden door panels. Junior 40/B is so named because the system can support a maximum door panel weight of 88 pounds (or 40 kilograms). The “B” in the Junior 40/B name refers to the way the running gear attach to the door panel. “B” indicates that the system uses carrier profiles with suspension plates. Carrier profiles are narrow, box-shaped units that fit into mortises in the top edge of the door panel. The profiles then attach to the rolling gear. “B” hardware reduces the gap between the top of the door panel and the track, compared with “Z” hardware.
